Our pupils enjoyed an exciting day at Navan Fort Science Fair this week. We were treated to three workshops during our trip, taking part in investigations which helped us to learn about the properties of solids, liquids and gases, all about forces, mass and how machines work. The enthusiastic presenters also taught us about inventors from Ireland who had made major breakthroughs in science over the years! The children represented the school brilliantly with excellent behaviour and returned from the trip enthused and excited to undertake experiments and investigations of their own!
